Indian Lawyers : The Root Cause of Every Problem In India.

In today's world where every body, Right from the President to a common man, who are all worried only on one topic Increasing Criminal Activity and Social injustice.

Everybody has been working towards fighting these criminals. But has anybody ever thought that what is the root cause of this attitude, why is society becoming more dependent on criminals, rather than seeking solace from the Judiciary. Because govt. makes such rules that there are more than 100 loop holes in those rules, which can be easily bypassed.

In today's time the Judiciary has been imposing its power on the common man and trying to disclose its actual muscle power but has judiciary ever looked into to its own self, there are more than 125 holidays every year and this year it is around 136 holidays and total working days left are 229 days, and millions of cases have been pending against them. Reason the Court can not convict the innocent and hence gives ample time to them to prove there innocence. But as everybody knows that the Justice delayed is justice denied

This is an 100% win win situation for the Lawyers of both the sides. As they never complete there work in time and keeps on lingering the matter, just to make money, day after day and so on. The Govt. has no policy or rules for the Lawyers and all the lawyers are at large. Making fool of the clients and demanding money for each and every thing or activity they are doing. The Govt. should impose restriction on this system and make a standard rate chart for the entire system. This is the only way out to improve this system, Govt.  Should fix a set remuneration for all the lawyers. On a case system and not on a date basis system, This is the only way that the lawyers will come on track and moreover they should be bound to deal with only 5-15 cases at a time and should be allowed to accept new cases/clients once he clears the pending cases.

This measure will also check illegal intermingling of lawyers of both sides with each others like we saw in the recent past that the most reputed lawyers of India Mr. Ayu Khan and R. K. Anand on how they joined hands and made fool of both their clients on such a sensitive BMW Case and moreover this will also ensure the most important thing that the lawyers do not linger on the matter, moreover the courts should be given clear instructions to resolve the matter within a time frame of 1-6 months. The working time of courts should be increased and court should also work for all 7 days, till all the cases are resolved.

This is the only way by which the faith of general public will be restored in the judiciary, otherwise in the times to come people will switch to the concept Jiski Lathi Usi Ki Bhains. Now a days even literate people are switching to unethical means of sorting out there vows, that's why we see everyday that there are so many criminal activities like murders, dacoity, Rape, extortion, Kidnapping, Threatening and so on, this is done mostly by the frustrated section of the society which have not been privileged by the law and they have taken illegal activities as a recourse.

Because of this the entire system has become corrupt and unfaithful towards their own respective social responsibilities, After the Judiciary and the Lawyers, The Police is the most corrupt department, again because of the root cause.

Once this root cause is cured, India will be a better country to live in and Indians will be better and more responsible citizens. And this in totality will make India a country where more and more people will love to come for tourism and investment which will enhance India's global image.
