Following is the gist of health recipes written all over the print media ,in yoga books and Naturopathy books.

Most often than not the volume of information cannot be read and simplified by common and busy people.
Moreover it is difficult to implement the knowledge found at various places. Hence I am giving a do's and don t's list which you can follow as a daily regimen without bothering to go to health classes and buying expensive cosmetics and health foods.

NOTE: People having existing health problems like Hyper tension,arthritis and other such serious ailments should consult doctor first and start slowly and build up gradually over a period of 2-3 months.It is also cautioned that too long fasting or sudden fasting may create health complications.Same way overstretching in physical exercises suddenly may cause damage to muscles and ligaments.Slow and study is the key.


1. Drink three glass of water first thing in morning without sucking air with it. Alway drink water sitting and not standing.Same way food should be  taken sitting and not standing.

2.Brush teeth in night and not only in morning.Both times is better.Don't brush harshly and brush for at-least 3-4 minutes alternatively by both hands.After each meals rinse mouth 20 times.

3. For 20 minutes period only do 5 sets of pranayama staring from Bhastrika and going on to Kapalabhatti etc.The tempo should be built slowly over 3-4 weeks period.
Do muscle work out exercise and back stretching exercises for 15 minutes daily and 15 minutes aerobic ( brisk walking with hands dangling freely on both sides,swimming,dancing).While one can be done in morning ,other can be done in evening.

4.Always eat a bit less and remain slightly hungry.Those with diabetes should avoid starchy food including rice(never polished)

5.There should be gap of 4-5 hours between each meal.

6.Never eat fruit with food.It should be taken separately as a mid day meal or evening refreshment

7.Avoid sugar and refined foods.Avoid tea and coffee.

8.Minimise meats and oils (total oil should not be more than 10 ml per day)Take less salty food from today itself

9.Never take English bread and milk together.Also noodles with chicken.These are incompatible combinations.

10.Since basic(alkaline) food keeps harmful bacteria out of body, eat 70% food that is alkaline (lime,green vegetables,curd) and only 30 % part acidic( cereals,sugar,milk,raw potatoes,meats and spices etc)food.Most of us eat actually 70% acidic food and 20-30% alkaline food.
Eat at least one citrus fruit daily.Avoid sweet fruit like banana though it soothes gastro-tract.

11. Gently and deeply but slowly breath for 15 minutes to meditate with eyes closed keeping before your back screen favorite symbol or Room symbol.This can be done in office.

12. Start your new journey with a fast. First day eat once in day, second day take milk, third day take juices and continue juices for two more days.Then one day only water.Again build same way back to normal meals.
Fast once in month thereafter with no intake accept juices. 

Eating food once in a day for fasting is meaningless.

13. Take a good mineral and vitamin supplement which should have Vit D,calcium,mg,mn and Zn.These elements are found very less in Indian foods. 

14. Take cream-less milk(toned) instead full cream milk and never more than 200 ml per day in all forms.

15 Eat as much a possible in raw and boiled form rather than fried and deep fried mode.

16 Eat slowly and chew well, specially chapatis.Mastication of chapati can only break down it into digestible form.

17. Maintain BMI (body mass index) 21-23 maximum. Your weight in kgs divided twice by height in meters.

18. Avoid cosmetics, makeups,bases etc.use natural products like milk ,lime,coconut and olive oil etc.Why should you use dyes at all?be natural.

19.Have slight humour and smile.Shrug off rude behaviour,corruption and hostility of others.

20 get medical check up every 6 months like tooth,BP,sugar and urine.

It can be observed that above regimen can be easily observed by anyone as routine practice and covers control on all there components of health Mind-body and food.

Please remember that one has to start as soon as possible.After a sizable damage to your system or any organ , it is difficult to regain health by only natural means and lifestyle.

It is more preventing than curative.
